With its beautiful architecture, cobblestone streets and its plethora of hidden places of interests, Prague is a wonderful city to visit for the aimless wanderer. And if you’re someone like me, you’ll love taking photos of all the little features that make the Bohemian city so whimsical. Among the lot are Prague’s courtyards, its narrow winding streets, its lanterns and a favorite of mine – the capital city’s doors.
The Czech capital’s buildings are adorned by some of the most gorgeously ornate doors I’ve ever laid eyes on. Indeed, the doors of Prague are both colorful and captivating to look at. Each one ranges in style with Art Nouveau, Baroque and Neo-Classicalism being the most popular.
While walking through the city right after visiting the John Lennon Wall, I came across many Prague doors which called out to me and beckoned me to take my camera out and start snapping away. Among the lot were a few plainer doors with bold colors. A few common ones I noticed were blue, green, red and yellow.
Other doors in the city appeared more rustic in nature. Namely, brown doors bearing carvings and medieval metal adornments as accents. Below are a few photos I took of the doors of Prague. Have a look and let me know which is your favorite one and why.

And the best thing about it is that you can do it in minutes! Below you’ll find a variety of DIY birdcage decor ideas and how to decorate a birdcage in the first place.
Daily life can get so overwhelming sometimes ,especially if you work a 9 to 5 job that takes up most of your energy or you happen to be a stay at home parent who’s constantly taking care of the family. Indeed, the routine of it all can leave us all tired and mentally depleted. And while routine is always present in our lives, there’s ultimately not much you can do about it. It’s definitely needed for most of us, but terribly hard to break out of too. With that said, it’s certainly important to take some time for yourself and get a breath of fresh air by making some time to pause, meditate and enjoy nature’s beauty. And one of the best things you can do this spring is to go for a walk late afternoon and wait for the sunset to hit or simply go on your roof to take in the air and experience the magical moments of a sunset.

Admit it, at one point or another you’ve had that one friend who loved to read. The friend ,who’d most often than not, would rather burry her face in a book on a Saturday night instead of going out for a night on the town to drink away the sorrows of the week until the wee hours of the morning. And as years rolled by, that love of reading helped spark ideas which she jotted down on her brown hardback notebook. Every chance she’d get, she’d take her ideas ,remix them and paint a picture with words. And she developed her skill and got good. Real good at that. Read More >>>>
